10/27/25 Capitol Update Extended – Constituents Ask Lawmakers to Reverse Restrictions on Development Regulations

Constituents in St. Johns County told their legislative delegation that a new law that limits certain local governments from tightening land use and development regulations needs a “fix.” Sen. Tom Leek said changes are in the works.
