10/1/25 Capitol Update Extended – Clemency Board Interviews People Asking for Pardons

The Executive Clemency Board considered applications from felons who’ve done their time for pardons or restoration of the right to use firearms. They invited some applicants to a hearing at the Capitol to explain the changes they’ve made in their lives to justify clemency. Some got what they asked for, others were denied or told their cases need further investigation.
