1/27/26 Capitol Updated Extended – “Lemon Law” for Tractors Advances in Senate

A Senate committee has approved a “lemon law” for farm equipment while delaying a vote on a comprehensive Department of Agriculture bill that would, among other things, crack down on contractors who don’t pay their subcontractors in a timely manner.
