2018 Constitutional Amendments

Twelve proposed constitutional amendments appeared on the 2018 general election ballot. Amendments one through five were proposed by the Florida Legislature and citizens’ initiative petition. Amendments six through thirteen were proposed by the Constitution Revision Commission.
