It’s no secret Florida has a statewide affordable housing crisis. Many consider the Orlando Metro area the poster child for both the problem and solution. People continue to move there even though most of their paychecks go to pay rent-if they can find a place-while homeownership continues to decline. Florida Crossroads examines the affordable housing crisis in the region as well as efforts aimed at making the housing market affordable again.
