On the Line – November Public Service Commission Meeting

In November, the Public Service Commission refused to grant a request by Florida’s biggest power companies to set energy conservation goals of “zero” or close to it. They also approved rules for a new law that allows utilities to charge customers in advance for storm hardening projects.
