Efforts are underway to return the River of Grass to the pristine past that Marjory Stoneman Douglas wrote about. In “Everglades: Ebb and Flow”, producer Buzz Conover travels to Lake Okeechobee at the top of the Everglades ecosystem and follows the water to Florida Bay at the tip of the peninsula. Along the way, he talks with scientists, water managers, federal officials, and environmentalists documenting the changes in the River of Grass.
