• A judge rules against voting rights advocates who wanted Floridians to have more time to register to vote following a system failure on Monday.
• Governor Ron DeSantis announced rapid coronavirus test kits will go first to long term care facilities and senior centers, schools and state-run testing sites
• Education Commissioner Richard Corcoran’s Back to School Emergency Order is upheld by the First District Court of Appeal.
