• State economists reported a revenue shortfall of almost $880 million in April alone because of the COVID-19 crisis..
• Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Renatha Francis and John Couriel – both from South Florida – to the Supreme Court.
• The Governor said he would appeal a federal judge’s ruling that parts of the law implementing the felons’ voting right amendment are unconstitutional.
