Capitol Update – Week Ending 06/14/2019

Capitol Update is a weekly review of state government. Topics this week include:

• The Legislature delivered the state budget to Governor Ron DeSantis.
• The Governor signed several bills, including one that bans sanctuary cities and another that starts the process of allowing the use of prescription drugs from Canada in Florida.
• The State University System Board of Governors approved performance funding allocations for universities.
