• House and Senate committees reviewed the Governor’s budget proposal and took their final committee votes before session starts in January.
• Legislation to create a slavery memorial at the Capitol got its first committee hearing in the Senate.
• The Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission approved changes in several Gulf fisheries regulations.
