Capitol Update is a daily review of state government during the Legislative Session. Topics today include:

The Governor will also be getting a bill that will make it harder for constitutional amendments to get on the ballot by citizen petitions.
The “regular” legislative session wrapped up without a state budget, which means lawmakers will have to come back to the Capitol at a later date.
The House and Senate did agree on a condo reform bill, designed to ease the financial burden for unit owners in buildings required to make major repairs and build up reserves.
