• The full House and Senate approved their respective budget proposals, both planning health care cuts.
• The full Senate approved a property insurance reform bill focusing on attorney fees and fake roofing claims.
• The Senate also approved a plan that would make future state hires enroll in the investment retirement plan rather than the traditional pension.
