• A criminal sentencing reform bill was approved by its final committee in the Senate.
• The Florida Supreme Court issued an opinion for the Governor saying felons must serve all their time and pay all legal financial obligations before their voting rights can be restored.
• A House committee approved bills that would eliminate the Constitution Revision Commission and change the citizen initiatives process.
