  • The full Senate passed SB 4, the higher education bill championed by Senate President Joe Negron.
  • The full House of Representatives served subpoenas on a Tallahassee media company owner, demanding detailed documents on promotional videos produced under a contract with Visit Florida.
  • The House also approved bills that would modify Workers’ Compensation and the assignment of benefits system in property insurance.
