9/5/18 Second Judicial Circuit Court Hearing on Amendments 6 – 11: Harry Lee Anstead v. Department of State

The plaintiff in this case argues that the way amendments 6 – 11 are bundled on the November ballot violates the first amendment because voters are deprived of the chance to vote yes or no on individual issues in each amendment. The Constitution Revision Commission proposed amendments 6 – 11 and chose to bundle them as has been done in the past.
