8/12/20 Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council

The Public Service Commission Nominating Council is comprised of 12 members appointed by the Senate President and House Speaker. Members recommend candidates to the Governor who selects a nominee that must be confirmed by the Florida Senate. The Public Service Commission seat being applied for is currently held by Commissioner Donald Polmann whose first of a possible three four-year terms ends in January 2021.
