6/7/19 Second Judicial Circuit Court Hearing on Regulation of Firearms and Ammunition

The plaintiffs in this case have filed a complaint for declaratory relief, pursuant to Chapter 86, Florida Statutes. They seek to declare that the penalty provisions contained in section 790.33(3), Florida Statutes – regulation of firearms and ammunition – are unconstitutional and invalid.
