5/6/20 Second Judicial Circuit Court Hearing on Unemployment Compensation

In this hearing, attorneys for the plaintiffs urge Judge Angela Dempsey to order Governor DeSantis, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), and Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) to immediately make unemployment benefit payments to those who have applied – including retroactive payments – and to immediately remedy the present problems with the unemployment system.
