  • The Governor and Cabinet approved the reappointment of Noah Valenstein as Secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection, and chose Ronald Rubin as head of the Office of Financial Regulation.
  • The Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission asked beachgoers to report sightings of mating horseshoe crabs, to help develop protection plans for spawning areas.
