Capitol Update is daily review of state government during the Legislative Session. Today’s topics include:

• Senate budget leaders say they’ll support funding for pay raises for Corrections employees.
• Governor Rick Scott ordered another state attorney to take over the prosecution of accused cop-killer Markeith Loyd, after State Attorney Aramia Ayala announced she would not seek the death penalty in that or any other cases.
• A Senate committee approved a bill that would require all public schools to have at least 20 minutes of recess for children from kindergarten through 5^th grade.
