Capitol Update is daily review of state government during the Legislative Session. Today’s topics include:

• The House and Senate are in session all day, with the House voting on more than thirty bills and debating many more, including medical marijuana and abortion bills.
• The House passed a bill that would protect clergy from lawsuits if they refuse to perform same sex marriage; the Senate teed up their pastor protection bill for a possible vote tomorrow.
• Senators Don Gaetz and Arthenia Joyner give their farewell speeches in the Senate.
