  • The State University System Board of Governors met in Tampa for three days, reviewing university plans and performance funding.
  • Governor Rick Scott went to Connecticut and New York on a business-recruiting tour.
  • The Board of Governors of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation voted to recommend an increase in property tax rates for most Citizens’ customers.
