5/7/15 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments – Tiffany Cole v. State, SC13-2245

Ms. Cole was convicted of the first-degree murders of Reggie and Carol Sumner, who were buried alive in 2005. The jury voted 9-3 to recommend a death sentence for each murder and she was condemned to death for each murder. This Court upheld the sentences on direct appeal and Ms. Cole filed a post-conviction challenge in trial court. It was denied; this is her appeal of that ruling.
